As POS point of sale systems are becoming more popular with retail business owners and restauranteurs, they're also becoming more coveted by crooks who target them in the hopes of capturing invaluable customer credit card information.  Over the summer, for example, a Florida restaurant owner learned the disconcerting news that his establishment's patrons were victimized when their credit card info was pilfered by fraudsters who were able to gain access through the restaurant's POS point of sale.
